Aim & Scope

JETLaw accepts articles covering, but not limited to, the following topics:

  • Economics: Micro and macroeconomic analysis, economic policy, development economics, and behavioral economics.

  • Technology: Technological innovations, the impact of technology on the economy and society, and technology policy.

  • Law: Legal analysis of economics, technology regulation, intellectual property rights, and legal policies related to technology.

Aims and Contributions

The journal aims to:

  • Serve as a platform for interdisciplinary research connecting economics, technology, and law.

  • Encourage discussion and development of evidence-based policies within these three fields.

  • Contribute to understanding and finding solutions to contemporary challenges involving the interaction between economics, technology, and law.
