PUBLICATION ETHICS
The Journal of Economic, Technical, and Law (JETLaw) adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in research and publication. 1. Ethical Responsibilities of Authors
Authors submitting manuscripts to JRAP are expected to adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

Authorship and Acknowledgement: All authors listed on a manuscript must have made substantial contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. Authors should also properly acknowledge individuals or organizations that contributed to the research but are not listed as authors.

Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation or presentation of the research. This includes funding sources, affiliations, or any personal relationships that might affect the research.

Retraction and Correction: In the event of errors or significant issues in published papers, authors must promptly notify the editorial board to correct or retract the publication. Any withdrawal of articles post-submission should be done transparently and in accordance with the journal’s policy.
2. Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers are essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of the journal. They are expected to:

Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents. They should not disclose or discuss the content of the manuscript with anyone outside the review process.

Fairness and Transparency: Editors must ensure a fair and transparent peer review process. Manuscripts will be evaluated solely on their academic merit, without regard to the authors' race, gender, nationality, or institutional affiliation.

4. Plagiarism and Misconduct
JRAP has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, data falsification, and other forms of research misconduct. Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content or falsified data will be rejected immediately, and the author(s) may be banned from submitting future work to the journal. The editorial board may also take further action in accordance with ethical guidelines, such as notifying relevant institutions or organizations.
5. Ethical Publishing Practices
